Array ( [sid] => 125262 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => No More [time] => 2006-09-03 15:04:58 [hometext] => I suffered a big setback in the past year, this poem is about somebody who was close to me who passed so ignore the simpleness as I wrote it at the time of their death [bodytext] => Hard to imagine that one day you was here
Living life with fun, love and no fear
Writing this makes me drop a tear

Heaven opened their gates and let you in
Earth commited it's worst sin
By taking you away
Why couldn't you be an angel another day

No more laughter just sorrow
Why does inside feel so hollow
Living for today, not bothered about tomorrow

Only so much I can say
Till I realise you are not here to stay
Passin through briefly
Jus enough time to let me know you here with me

Keep asking Why?
How come the young always become first to die?
The one's who never do wrong
We take them to their last destination with their favorite song

It could be me It could be you
Time will only tell what it will do

Why is a question I used to ask, but if we had an answer, would we be any wiser. Grief is hard, and also quite impossible to explain.
A thought provoking write, I feel for you at this sad time, but things do get easier, I know from experience. Sue x

This line is somehow beautiful. I can't really explain why. Jus that it kinda got to me a bit.
Quite emotional piece

I felt this deeply. A very beautiful moving write. I'm sorry for your loss. I understand this well and yes that question why?
