Some say it’s red some say pink
When their patience is tested
All the colors mix
Patience is a color one just can’t paint
The color of love
Vibrantly white, or blue
Depends on your heart
Some say it’s glowing like gold
The color of love is unknown tenfold
The hue of acceptance, is always shy
No matter what color it’s set in
No matter the acceptors choice
All the colors work
The shade of inner peace
Is also a choice
One beyond this writer’s voice
But peace and love, when mixed correctly
Makes the color of life
A color even the blind can see

The color of patience
Some say it’s red some say pink
When their patience is tested
All the colors mix
Patience is a color one just can’t paint
The color of love
Vibrantly white, or blue
Depends on your heart
Some say it’s glowing like gold
