as they walk by us, head down,
refusing to see our faces
i know we're part of what ruins your town
alcohol to dull the pain
killing time to save my brain
while everyone's shouting look the other way

everyone shouts look the other way
look the other way
as i throw my hands over my head
to keep them from spitting on me
you dirty punk
is what they say
knife slices through my arm again
we take our pleasure through our pain
we are what you wish you could be
but everyone's shouting look the other way

its a good thing that i can love myself
mutilation, pleasure, pain
killing time to save my brain
everybody's dying

yes, it is a way to look the other way, but i would try not to let in ruin you day, i like the write i vill vote for it.
