Only I can save myself
Only I can make a change
Only I can bring myself hope

Shari your strength and growth shines through this write. Your incredible! Im proud of you my friend. This is so empowering to me it gave me the added boost I needed to finish out the day. Such a delightful flowing read full of sage wisdom my friend. This is something we have talked about often. How did I get so lucky to have a friend like you!! I cant wait till we can see eachother again. My only regret is we live so far apart. But my friend your support and wisdom stays with me each day in my heart and you have helped me a great deal through all this drama!!!!!!!!! I love you sis I do I do.Im blessed to have you in my life and so enjoy our connection and long talks. We can do it!!!!!!!

Very true only you can make changes, no matter what others say they cant do it for you, have to muster up the strength and change every thing im doing that now, brilliant poem.. xxx
