I think it might have been fun

Oh say can you see?
All the things you don't mean to me
Walk away and let me be

My favorite president is Lincoln
I don't care about yours
I laugh when you talk to me because
I'm thinking of the soccer scores

I like to seem responsible like whoa
I could care less about your painted toe
Its like all the things you just don't know
You don't make my choices, I make my own
You're a sweetheart, but its time for you to go

I remember 1983
You can't seem to forget about me

I hate your favorite color
And the favorite of your mother
I'm glad you got along with my brother

But you're smile doesn't mean ****
I'm really about to quit
I hope you never learn to knit
If you decide to stand, I think I'll decide to sit

If you don't like the morning, it just might be my favorite time of day
I remember candles and the moonlight, what's that you had to say?
I don't care for shagging, what's your middle name anyway?
I'd rather sit and drink myself silly so my problems go away
I am your sensation, if you ride an airplane, I hope you get a broken tray

Do you remember '99?
Of course you don't, that year is mine

Oh say can you say that you have a problem
Your parents know but you'd never involve them
I want to move to Africa, make a friend and call him Jim

I bet you were conniving
I know you suck at driving
It's good to see you not dead and absolutely aliv-ing
Don't get your head in the clouds, just keep on striving

My favorite state is Idaho
What? Like you didn't know?
Asking me which way to go?
Even up the odds before the limbo
My senses tell me no

this is really weird. I don't know where it came from but it seems to tell some story that only you can understand, leaving the reader confused and wondering about you. Good job though!
