[bodytext] => When will it fade? When will it die? I pray every day to be set free from the pain he left us to live with. To be be free from tthe painful memories of my past mistakes. I want to be free from this pain that holds me prisoner. And from the prive me and my children have paid for these terrible past mistakes. How dearly they have paid for my errors. Why can't the MONSTERS who bring the pain be the ones to pay the awful price?! Why can't they suffer from it? ! Why are the victims the ones who pay the dearest of all?! The pain belongs to the monsters... It is their garden of pain, thier crop of destruction, they should reap the compounded intrest of their deeds. And they should FEEL the pain they have planted and tended so furiously, for it is of their own design... The pain is really theirs for all time! LET them feel it for all eternity, NOT the INNOCENT who have been victimized MERCILESSLY! I'm so sorry for your pain, remember what goes around comes around. I know that's true because I've seen it. There is justice afterall and you will see or hear about it.

Dear Freckles, LIFE IS NOT FAIR, BUT GOD IS GOOD.

You write well and it is great therapy; I testify to that!

I'm much older than you, have had alot of problems, too. I spent years of being in the blues, not knowing how to find the sunshine again. It became a habit for me to think of the bad stuff and churn it around and around.
I'm just now learning how to change the negative thoughts to positive thoughts. It makes me happier in all situations to think that way.

My motto now is Bloom Where You Are!

An easy exercise to avoid depression is this.
As soon as you wake, turn up the corners of your mouth. Like magic, your brain takes a lighter approach.

You can use that throughout the day as soon as you start feeling bad or notice a negative attitude.

Best wishes. Bizzy
