---- Made known his presence ----
As he cleared and warmed that track,
O’, long ago; now the sun has set ---
Since he sped on by, in that cold night air.

‘Tis good ---- ! An old sweetheart of mine! ----
---- A sound that comes near me,
Is a familiar one that I know!
And, in the middle of the night, I swear ----
----It’s his call, for that sound is so brand new.

When I hear that blowing whistle
It blasts every cell in my heart,
And those sweet rhythmic tunes ----
Of ringing bells I listen to,
Makes me want to dance on tiptoes ----
As I rush and tug in the dark.

I love that sweeping softness,
Of tender mellow high-pitched drone ----
In the rain, or in the fog,
Or, under dark or clear blue skies,
It speaks loud to me.

And sends me chills, up and down my spine,
Filling my souls with grinding love;
Click-clacks and screeches,
Sometimes smooth, sometimes skipping a beat.

On many nights I have dreamt,
Listening to the sound of brakes ----
Then, envisioned myself running toward,
To stand next to that idle sound.

Soon I would be fully awake
And sit up to wipe my eyes,
And hearing that tune sail by ----
Under moonshine bright,
In the middle of the night.

By the sound of that chugging,
I can tell it’s homeward bound ----
Those spinning wheels they hum,
As they travel fast outside my window ----
A most beautiful prayer of sound,
That fills the silence.

---- And old familiar sound made new ----
A short distance away,
Arousing my mind,
And building my heart in height.
Does it even know; its horn ----
As it passes by will forever,
Keep me smiling?
As once did---- ! An old sweetheart of mine ---- !

But, all in all ---- ! an old sweetheart of mine --- !
One day I’ll see at the crossroads,
And when, that woo-hooing-winking-whistle blasts ----
I’ll trust, after screaming brakes ----
It will be---- ! An old sweetheart of mine ---- !
Come sweetheart ---- take me on a journey
Then, both of us can go flying down that track.

Let those spinning wheels hum, and move fast
Rumble and click-clack all the way,
Lull us to sleep as we climb ----
And head on down that merry path.

---- ! Old sweetheart of mine! ----
I pray in a dream, we'll both be swirling
For awhile, in peaceful slumber,
Until we reach that highest mountain ----
Where angels and twinkling stars are plentiful ----
---- ! And ----- where agony is no more! ----

Your language is alike a lullaby
that whispers gently:
"Grace draws nigh"

Abolulutely beautiful.

Love and peace

---!No brilliance, no wisdom required for the read here!---

Those before us, has heard cries on earth; from birth, to youth; be, what are those sounds!---

From love, til death; those before us; wise teachers; lessons taught; senses; is all we know!---

5, perhaps 6---! More!---

Sweetheart, is more phenom for sense of senses...

Thank you! RaquelLeah:D
