Is love sent to test us,
For we all know how it feels,
It hits our hearts with emotion,
Sends our minds in endless reels,

Makes us silly and romantic,
Sending gifts and sometimes flowers
Gets us talking on the phone,
About sweet nothings for hours,

For cupid sends his arrows,
To us to show a sweeter side,
For its the warm feeling of love,
That burns us deep inside,

So if you ask me what love is,
I will answer as best I can,
Its the deepest dedication,

Is love sent to test us,
For we all know how it feels,
It hits our hearts with emotion,
