Nothing In This World

Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Nothing in this world
Can make me feel the way you do
No one heals me like you

No one makes me want
To scream and yell the way you do
Nothing aggravates me like you

But whenever I start to lose myself
In so much sadness
Your touch always brings me right back
To something that means so much more

And you don't know how much
I hate being me
Up until the point
You reach out and touch me

I need you to turn
What you say into more than words
I won't be seconds or thirds

I need you to pay
Me just a little attention
Some passion and some affection

'Cause whenever I try to talk to you
About how I feel
You don't seem to really listen
And you don't take me seriously

If you don't hear these words
And give me a few
Little things I need
I don't know what I'll do
