Array ( [sid] => 122930 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Father [time] => 2006-07-08 21:27:19 [hometext] => Please comment, i would LOVE to hear what you think! Please read all my other poems, please! [bodytext] => I guess you dont see it, like all of us see it
i guess its not enough to make you open your eyes,
its been a lifetime but you still dont get it,
get that the damage you produce, without even knowing
is the damage that im always thinking about. A fake smile
a fake laugh everyday, i hug you like a hiprocrit as i know all you do,
when you leave home at midnight, like i dont know what you do,
although i just know, somewhere in the back of your mind, you know
everything you do is wrong, and i hope you know, that this pain upon me
wont last forever, because i will go on, i will stay strong, but all you'll have left
is all the wrong, you'll stay in your lies, you'll stay in the dirt, but i will go on,
and have a life of my own, but i wont be going, without all the others you have hurt
and all you will have left is yourself and all your dirt. But soon do not forget,
that im your daughter and i wont regret, lending a hand in the future, because
im not like you, im not a fool, and i wont ever turn my back on you, but i just wish
that one day soon, i could say the same about you. [comments] => 1 [counter] => 173 [topic] => 75 [informant] => mama4lyf [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => anguished )
