Array ( [sid] => 122911 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Dark Heart [time] => 2006-07-08 12:47:02 [hometext] => the story of an evil young man's search for the one Love in his kingdom, that can change his heart.... [bodytext] => The atmosphere is black
As the young man,
Known only as Amerikayou,
Looks around his kingdom,
And sees the evil he created,
Yet yearns to find the one good
That radiates from the otherwise all-encompassing
Evil....
His one Love....

He can see her light,
Like a single candle in a pitch-black room...
Shining as bright as the sun....
Young Amerikayou knows her name,
He's seen her before....
Though he doesn't know how....
And he dares not to speak it aloud....

Turmoil surrounds his dark heart....
Should he go to her,
Or would she perhaps come to him?
Who knows?....

The thick air covers her like a cloak,
As she looks toward the home of the man she loves....
She can see the evil all around her,
And it repels her....
But she stays for only one reason....
Love....
For the man she loves
Is also another with a heart of this
Evil....
But she loves him for the faint glow of light
Sometimes visible....

Should she go to him?
No, he could have her killed,
For the young man is the ruler,
The King,
Over this dark land....
She knows his name,
But speaks not of it for fear of Death....

Oh, woe to the people of the land,
For the Love of these two is kept apart....
For now, there is no resolution for the two young hearts,
But perhaps there can be....
If only they could overcome fear....

in memory of my best friend, 01/18/90 - 06/16/05
