selfstruggles
|
When she spreads her wings to fly,
She gets pulled out of the sky,
Her head hits the earth,
She’s all but desert-ed…
And she becomes another thing,
Just an ordinary being,
Who knows what she’ll do…
But she’s you…
As time drags on by,
She knows she’ll never fly,
Only grounded as before,
She’ll never soar…
Never more…
Never more.
