My eye to the telescope, envisioning my future as if looking through a crystal ball, I decide i am not worthy.
I AM NOT WORTHY OF THIS LIFE BESTOWED UPON ME
Life is precious and as that telescope magnifies my own and I see angels and faeries dancing on the star streaked horizon, I yell ffrom my pits, "Please, oh GOD please, take me away!"
No one answers me and I wonder, WHAT DOES LIFE HAVE TO OFFER?
Yet again I have reached my personal, proverbial ledge of life.
My fate will always be determined here as this is the only thing that understands me.
I am drenched in my thoughts, questioning my invisible, unpresent GOD, as to why I am so depressed and morbid.
WHY AM I SO OBJECTIFIED AND DISREGARDED?
My mind tells me to stop but I cannot, for now I have reached past all signs of retreat.
I curse my life, MYSELF.
All this time, this telescope has not magnified anything but me. Maybe you need to move the telescope to a new area. Your life is awfully big, and maybe all you are seeing is just one little area of it. There is so much to explore in your life, and all you seem to want to see is what one area of it has to offer (which is the least of what life has to offer). Turn that telescope 180 degrees and look again. I bet you'll see what seem like a whole nother world. But it's just a whole lot better world. Thank you for sharing this. wrdz
