From our separation to our love's first instance
I can't believe after all this years that passed
I cannot hesitate to think of you

I sure believe you had something in mind
That having lied would make you one of a kind
But now I know that you have just realised
Life is just too painful to be true

When I thought you were sad
It drived me so mad
I just travelled in my head as far as I could

But now I can see
In how deep I could be
And say things that you never thought I would

My time was shorter than I expected
And i'm sure you feel you were always respected
But now that everything has come to an end
I hope you don't come back to show regret

If I could hear you cry I would just ignore
If you would call my name I wouldn't look anymore
I hope that now you can finally understand
Pain is just too difficult to forget

Wherever you are
It doesnt't matter how far
I hope you found a way to survive

And you better remember
That life might be better
If you sometimes think that you might be alive

There's no way back for regrets
The more it goes on the harder it gets
To remember something you try to forget
When you wish it should never come back

Learn to love your closest one
And maybe then he'll never run
Away from what you have ever said
Away from what he thinks its bad [comments] => 2 [counter] => 156 [topic] => 22 [informant] => JohnnyMalakian [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 3 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )
