[title] => His Tears (Would Never Bring Her Back)
[time] => 2006-06-16 12:57:13
[hometext] => This is kind of a follow up to
[bodytext] => She said, ‘I will not die!’ He said, ‘I never wanted you to.’ She said, ‘But I don’t want to stay here.’ He called out to her. But she disappeared. And he knew She was never there. And those were their last words. She cries in the corners And he tries to get her voice to leave. Her things still laying everywhere, And her stains still in the carpet. The bed they loved on And the ring still on her finger. He closed his eyes and willed it away But it was there to stay. ‘I love you’ She had said ‘I love you more’ He had said back But it couldn’t change what happened She was gone But yet, she never left. She is there, speaking in his ear. He asks her to come back But she drifts away into some other place He cries for her But she’ll never come back. He pleads for her, Cries until his eyes are bleeding, But somehow She is lost.
