Tonight I did the same thing.. except this time.. I called him back... and I fixed my mistake :) [bodytext] => I said I didn't want to talk to you anymore
That it was time for you to close the door.
You said you promised me before that you'd never give up
You said you'd always love me, that you'd never stop.
You promised you'd never leave me.. and you didn't..
You promised me you'd never hurt me... but you did it.
I know we said we'd be friends forever
but we both thought that we'd always be together.
Tonight when we were talking I made you cry
That showed me that we are too inlove to say goodbye.
Silent tears have rolled down my cheak
but hearing the pain in your voice, made me so weak.
As it got later into the night
you grew tired and had sleep in your sight.
We hung up the phone with just a goodbye, as I sat alone on the couch, I began to cry..
I realized that I ended yet another conversation without the most important piece of information..
I hesitated...Then dialed.. When you answered, I smiled. I told you that when we hung up I forgot to tell you something, you said 'what', acted like it was nothing.. I took a breath in, and tried not to cry... I told you that I loved you.. and then I heard you sigh..It wasn't a bad sigh though. It was a sigh covering up an 'I know'. You said you loved me too... I corrected my mistake...so I can go to bed now, and sleep without a heart ache.
