Good or bad, they hardly ever last.
When the ship goes down, who's going to be your friend?
Take a look around, who's with you at the end?
Friends may talk big, and say they have your back,
But you'll see whose true, when you're under attack.
When you get knocked down, who puts you back on your feet?
When everyone else bails, who's the last to retreat?
Friends stick with you, until things get too rough.
Brothers never walk away, they've never had enough.
You should never trust a person, almost none at all,
Except for those few, that always catch you when you fall.
The few that truly know what's right for you.
The ones who will always fight for you.
Those are my brothers, birds of the same feather.
No matter what life brings, we ride and we die together. Women and friends may come and pass,
Good or bad, they hardly ever last.
When the ship goes down, who's going to be your friend?
Take a look around, who's with you at the end?
Friends may talk big, and say they have your back,
But you'll see whose true, when you're under attack.
When you get knocked down, who puts you back on your feet?
When everyone else bails, who's the last to retreat?
Friends stick with you, until things get too rough.
Brothers never walk away, they've never had enough.
You should never trust a person, almost none at all,
Except for those few, that always catch you when you fall.
The few that truly know what's right for you.
The ones who will always fight for you.
Those are my brothers, birds of the same feather.
