Array ( [sid] => 120884 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Twisted [time] => 2006-05-27 22:07:45 [hometext] => My writing has generally been the same since i started, i admit it, but here, i believe i have changed. I thank all the evil cliches that decided to plague me. [bodytext] => I
If my love for you were like a sea,
it would be the Black Sea.
Deep and dark. Hidden
away from the world.
A mirror of obsidian
grasping everything
cast into it.
Hiding secrets
below the
surface.

II
If my love for you were like a rose,
it would be a black rose,
with poisoned thorns.
Collecting dew that gleams
Red in the sunrise.
Sinister, delicate.
An exquisite rose,
unique and rare,
it’s yours
to take.

III
If my love for you were like a mountain,
it would be Everest, standing tall.
Silent, still and everlasting,
Living on through
human years.
Watching,
Waiting.
Eternal.

IV
If my love for you were like an ocean,
It would be the Artic. Iced on top,
White, changing colors
into light. Small,
yet dangerous
with the rage
of endless
eternities.
But melting.
