I don't have a chance
You get to pick and choose
Slow and timid lost the race
We knew I always lose
You've probably moved on
You never knew my name
I accuse thee of insanity
Jury decifers guilty; I'm a shame
Won, Lost; Innocent, Guilty
It matters in the end
All that I have shaped, wanted to be
No longer can I pretend
Act like something I'm not
These laws wont bend
I was slow at the starting shot
Shall I take it in stride?
Certain amounts of grace?
If I did; I lied
Truth can't keep my pace
Something I'm not
Nothing, I will be
I never even had a shot
Not the true me
With these bloody hands
I built my house of
Hiporacy and Lies
Sitting in the closet
Awaiting my rightful demise
I am the one swho can't see
I am what I deny
I will stay in my
Comfort of depression
I shall persist with lies
And never learn my lesson
Keeping close what I despise
I remain guilty of this crime
Crime of passion
Crime of hate
I will never be happy
That is my fate
I never had a chance
Never there; always late
