As I lay dying I'm escaping the the hate you have towards me
My children, my bride, death to my valentine

Betrayed with a kiss your love will be missed, no longer will you be mine
Stabbed in the back, six feet under, your ice cold ghost will flee
Between the burried and me there's nowhere to draw the line

You're about to feel a rush of blood running down your spine
The guilt growing tighter like a noose, it's too late to say you're sorry
My children, my bride, death to my valentine

You start to choke on your mistakes and suffer for your crime
Your mind becomes your own prison, death being the only key
Between the burried and me there's nowhere to draw the line

The pendulum of life ticks away, marking the end of your time
The venom running through your veins to you becomes deadly
My children, my bride, death to my valentine

Such a beautiful wake up call, revenge so sweet and divine
I leave you lying face down, dying in a pool of misery
Between the burried and me there's nowhere to draw the line

Justin~
A real thought provoking piece of poetry you have here. The imagery, flow and rhyme are fabulous. A very dark, but well penned write. Keep up the great work.
warm hugs,
