I've tried to disprove this conviction
all my problems stick like glue
and I can't be saved from my deadly addiction
I've tried to feed my craving
by hurting myself in multiple ways
I know I'm not worth saving
so I'm counting down the days
I know the things I do are wrong
causing pain that would make people cry
you might think it won't be long
someday I'll cross the line
but I know what I'm doing
and I know it isn't right,
and though I've hated this the entire time
I'll hurt myself again
with blood dripping down my arm
this razor is my friend. no one knows what I'm going through
I've tried to disprove this conviction

Good write, I have been there and I still am I know the feeling of the need probably not the same though cause all feeling are different I know the need to see the blood to feel the pain to feel the relief from all the emotional grief I’m still battling it but I know what’s starting to work for my I work on other things like I write a lot more and I draw on myself with a red ink pen when I feel the absolute need, you are not alone there are people out there that are worth living for and staying for you just need to be patient and look im sorry if I have been preaching to you I just have been through a lot of stuff and I know ever thing you do has a consequence and a lot of times its worse then the first problem I don’t want to see you in any more pain then you are already in… its tough I know but you have all us here that listen and try to understand and I am one I am always here and I will do anything I can to try to help you every one needs some help at a time in there life but things will look up just gotta keep going eventually things will turn around

i can definatly feel your pain in this one a razor was once my bestfriend still is at times some ppl dont understand how it can be an addiction its crazy how alot of ppl put other ppl down for there ways of solving problems as ms. valerie said count me as a frind too

awesome poem. i know how you feel, i know how it feels. caught the same deadly addiction your suffering about 4 years ago and still haven't found the cure.
