Shuffle off this mortal coil
Drape it round your feet
Tie the end in a hangmans noose
Smile nice and sweet
Walk around in your dead haze
Find another fool
Take him out, show him a good time
Push him in the pool
Hold him down til the bubbles stop
make him just like you
Put him in a cage to show your friends
You're good at what you do
What happens when he rises up
breaks open his liitle box
cuts you from navel to the neck
Fills you full of rocks
sweetly rubs your troubled face
give a little peck
pushes you in your dark water
noose around your neck

Revenge is a dish best served cold. I liked this poem, it is like one I wrote for my ex husband. It feels good to get all the hostility out, even if nothing is really done to the person that made us feel so angry. Good write, keep up the good work. |
