sadness runs unchecked
forever wandering
forever alone

gun on the desk
no one in sight
who would care
that you gave up the fight

all lights are off
midnight is nearing
you eye the weapon
no one appearing

can you do it
can you end the pain
will the loneliness finally end
or will it just come back again

the clock strikes twelve
the gun to your head
not a single sound is heard
'BANG' and your dead

next morning your found
a note beside you
saying why you did what you did
and that you are very sorry

you personal pain has ended
but has pain really gone
your loved ones miss you
their grief very stong

your mother weeps
your father crys
your siblings all wander
dazed, hurt, and dry eyed

the pain still comes
though its not yours anymore
you heaped your trouble
on those innocent people whom you adored. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 159 [topic] => 13 [informant] => halli [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 3 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 0 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )
