Array ( [sid] => 118849 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => i've chose this long time ago... [time] => 2006-04-23 09:37:34 [hometext] => will life break you? or will you break it through? [bodytext] => try to see it thru but dont know what i'm looking at
what to do? what to do?
try to make it but dont know why i fall when i'm near you
it's your life? what do you want to do?

dont wanna die.
dont wanna be a failure.
dont wanna go back and live in the dark.

so here i go, screamming, paralyzing my senses
love, pain? or pain, love?
what to do? what to do
when your mind loses its ability to see?

by now, the fire of love should be lit
but why cant i feel anyone around me
who's gonna save the dying flames of yesterday's rising
once it was standing high, at the top of my world, soaring to touch the sky
what now? what now?

farewell to what?
tell me....
solo tonight.
what about tommorw?

but still i rather be waking instead of sleeping
bleeding as i fight instead of dying in the silence that suffocates the memories of the few

what to do?
are you with me tonight?
how you feel?
a little better?

this is cruel
this is full of suffering
but it is also real
also the road to glory
here is the path that you know you got to take.
so what do you do now?

let's take it ... [comments] => 1 [counter] => 177 [topic] => 48 [informant] => ibelieve-dreamsonhorizon [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 10 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 0 [associated] => [topicname] => EmotionalPoetry )

it resulted very emotional,
but still i rather be waking instead of sleeping
bleeding as i fight instead of dying in the silence that suffocates the memories of the few

and it is true, It is better to keep trying even if everything is contradicting you, than to just stop trying.

Nice poem. :D
