Pain is when you need more than a tissue,
when you start to cry.
It's when there is an absence of peace
in your heart, filled by turmoil.
It's when you fall down and you cant get up,
and there is no one around to help you.
Pain is when faith is just another word.

"Pain is my true friend,
it's always been there for me,
even though i didnt want it,
it still wanted me." [comments] => 6 [counter] => 247 [topic] => 21 [informant] => AdamChantell [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 12 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Lifepoems )

I can totally relate to your poem. I live with the same friend. It seems when I think I've finally found happiness, here comes the pain again, to remind me that it's never really far away. Stay strong, pray, and keep your head up.

You're very right, pain is so close every momment, you can't say you are 100% fine, in every second things can change, and pain can come.

This reminds me of the poem i wrote for my Mom when she died;

"She left me sad in the cold of spring
while the snow was still on the ground
I do not know How i can live without her
for her love is not around"

Quote from "Hello heartache"

You did a good job on this, I am impressed.
