Array ( [sid] => 117932 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => The Cricket Team [time] => 2006-04-08 07:40:15 [hometext] => this is just a fun frolic about selecting a cricket team for playing a worldcup match. [bodytext] => The Captain and Vice-Captain joined to form the team
Playing without nine other players, how it will seem?
For a bowler, a man throwing the cow-dung seemed fit
But he insisted on having a wall to throw against

They continued their search for another best player
They came across a man defending from wife`s temper
As a good batsman, he was holding a large stick
Vessels thrown by his wife were defended, Nice Trick!

The next hunt was for a good catcher, diving person
Catches win Matches! Can also be a good reason
They heard to the uproar of a crowd and dogs chasing
A lady`s heart was stolen by a man, whom she was loving

Looking for good fielders they came across a temple
They have to select six more people, not so simple!
One of the devotees broke a coconut for his deity
Six persons picked the six pieces, all in gritty

Now the team is formed to play for the World Cup
The country this team represents, will it be the top?
Wish to watch each and every match they all play?
Give me your comments, even if good or flay

Very funny indeed; but friend where do you get the umpires from? Retired government school teachers.
Good sense of humor - now on cricket is never going to be the same for me.
FRANCO.
