It’s hard for me to say this,
To choke on something true.
I don’t think I can deal with it anymore,
I just have to think it through.

Maybe my insecurities have caught up with me,
Maybe I’m in the wrong.
Could it be it’s better,
That I’m really gone?

I don’t want to leave you,
I love you more than you’ll know.
If you love me too,
Then please don’t let me go.

Maybe we can work it out,
Maybe I will stay.
Not if you don’t treat me right,
It wont be that way.

Maybe we spend too much time together,
Maybe I picked one too many fights.
I hope to God we can get through it,
And somehow make things right.

I don’t know what I’m going to do,
You’ll have to wait and see.
I love you with all my heart,

My Insecurity

How can you love somebody one moment,
Then despise them the next?
Maybe we shouldn’t be together,
Maybe it’s for the best.

It’s hard for me to say this,
To choke on something true.
I don’t think I can deal with it anymore,
I just have to think it through.
