Array ( [sid] => 117576 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => fear or love [time] => 2006-04-02 19:16:37 [hometext] => this really isn't a poem, but more so a free write. I'm having trouble telling this girl how I feel. I'm a coward. [bodytext] => Temporary satisfaction, is an oxymoron.
Things which are satisfactory are more than temporary

Why so easily satisfied?
Why so easily scared away?

Fear should never play into emotion.
Feelings for someone should be left unaltered from the test of time.
If love is true, it will stand tall regardless of its weathering.
If love is scared away, If you give up on love because it's one dimensional it was never love to begin with.
Love is a selfless act, and to love someone because you believe you'll get something in return is only selfishness.

Love cannot be hidden.
If you hide your love from someone, and say you love them it is not love.
Why is the idea of romance such a scary thing?
Why did the idea of failure ever play into emotion?
Why is it i'm so scared to tell the one I "love" how i feel.

Fear.
Fear of failure.
Fear of rejection.
Fear of love lost.

Love is unconditional.
Love is patient.
Love is forever.

Why is it so hard to love without being loved in return.
