You don’t understand what I’m feeling
I know you feel useless and small
But everytime you just listen
You catch me before I can fall

I don’t really know why it happens
I’m lost in a dark cold despair
The way to the top is hard and long
But I know you will always be there

Some days I’m so scared I can’t function
When I think how I’m hurting myself
I’m locked in this maze of compulsion
But I know you are trying to help

Tears fall slowly, I know I’m alone
Trapped in this nightmare of mine
But know that you help by just being there
And one day I’m going to be fine

Thankyou, Marky, Kelly, Mum, Sharon, and Ali. You make a difference just by listening. I will beat this I promise, just don't give up on me

You don’t understand what I’m feeling

I won't give up on you Dawny. I will be honest about my feelings though, if I don't understand, you know that.
No more pussy footing around, tell me straight what's going on. I will help if I can and our first 'session' begins at Easter!!! YAY to that lol.

Dawny, honey, don't be ashamed to go to a doctor and ask for help. We all need help sometimes to start the climb out. Due to an illness several yrs back I have to take anti anxiety and depression pills daily because my brain quit creating serotonin. Sometimes just a few weeks of medication of a normal person can pull you back up to a normal state. I don't know what is causing this. But as a doctor I suggest you give it some thought.
