Healing Touch

Contributed by NoSaint on Saturday, 18th March 2006 @ 11:19:55 PM in AEST
Topic: MiscPoems

I make myself an empty vessel
Through which your love flows
Not of my will but yours
Ancient secrets you know

Angels watch over me
Guidance ever divine
I am not responsible
Although the hands are mine

Ever thankful am I
For the gifts bestowed
May you ever
Let your healing love flow

Keep me humble
As I share your energy
Let me ever remember
It is your healing touch not me

Mystical and beautiful in its description of surrender to the divine balancing and healing forces. Thanks for posting.

Lovely poem/prayer Shari. I've had Reiki healing before and it is very gentle yet powerful. Congratulations for your first level attunement.

I've never practiced reiki but have dabbled with other forms of medication, so I can identify with the spirituality in this piece.
Well done.

Shari, thank you, my dear dear friend for sharing your blessing. My ancestors believed in flowing the healing through special ones. Please do so to help my Mother. I will be eternally grateful. My love was with you before, and now you offer even more love from your heart and soul. How very blessed we are.

Rita
