Of life’s trouble she has had her fill
Torn and bruised her spirit falls
For she had given her all

Yet others strode to break her heart
With lies and malice they tore her apart
The stars looked down they knew her soul
Watching as on her this took its toll

She was one of them shining deep from within
But her sparkle dulled from this terrible din
The stars cried on the desert that night
For the little star was giving up the fight

The sun tried her best to bring her light
But she in life no longer found delight
All Creation feels her sorrow and pain
And wants little star to smile once again

Please look within for that stardust glow
We love you so don’t you know
The stars will continue to cry
Until the blues you bid goodbye

Trust in yourself, look to the light
Let your radiance shine ever bright
Don’t let evil pull you under
When you are a living wonder
