Empty as the bottle,
In my shells hand
Broken like thousand shards
Of glass upon black sand
My hour glass
Was before me
I see it drifting by
I smile as the glass shatters
There the black sand lies
My soul is flung from me
Among the swirling mass
An endless line of souls
That god himself has cast

This is a well constructed write. I loved the images that it gave. So real... and sad. Yes, it portrayed you were missing something, and i think.(my own opinion) is inner peace. Maybe a lil more, yet thats the feel i got when reading. DId really like what I read, tho.
Good talent.
