[title] => Reflection of a Stranger
[time] => 2006-03-04 12:08:05
[hometext] => I think this one is more or less self explanatory, I hope you enjoy the read.
[bodytext] => With intensity I stare into the mirror trying to discern what I see. The reflection does not seem what it ought to be. But yet it must be me. I have gone so far over the edge, that I no longer recognize my own image. As if these years of pent up fear and anger have distorted the portrait of my former self. I try to remember where I went wrong, what caused this seemingly sudden change. But it must have taken time, quite some time. After all nothing this drastic happens over night. This image offends my sensibilities, It causes me to involuntarily avert my gaze. I am a stranger in my own eyes… From childhood we have all been taught never to trust strangers. Therefore, how can I trust myself?
