I can be myself, no disguise,
This is me, But no one sees,
I wont let them, for ive tried so hard to please,

But ive been doing this for far to long,
Pleasing everyone is doing me wrong,
I thought it would make me happy, but deep down inside,
My true self is hidden, but very much alive,

Its dying to get out, and im dying to let it,
But who i am wont be accepted,
So i continue to hide, until your all gone,
prying eyes, leave my secrets alone.

It is hard to let people in. Some will betray your thoughts and secrets. But it is alwys worth the effort, just to find those few who will listen and understand. It also opens up a way for you to listen to them. You will find when you let some in they let you in as well.

Good write!

I can empathise with you and your thoughts

Its good to write down how you feel

I used to isolate and hibernate and put on mask all the time.

Now I COME FIRST FOR A CHANGE.
