Array ( [sid] => 115793 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Windows of the Soul [time] => 2006-03-03 21:34:21 [hometext] => the type of thing that makes sence only to me, sorta confusing, kinda like what life looks like from somebody else's eyes (aka windows of the soul)~comments please [bodytext] => Poison waters, lethal gasses,
Obscured deep within the eyes
Curtains framing windows of the soul
Enter at a heavy price

Avalanches cannot stamp out the fires
A sunset orange glows its flare
A tortured mind breaks down completely,
The faux silver lining of despair

Trapped between confusion only
To find out there is no cure
Let lightning guide the path ahead
Solitude cannot endure

Raging tempers of unfairness,
Making sense is overrated
Impostor feeling of forced bliss
Lying in the striking rain, sedated

Fight yourself, two conscious levels,
Right or wrong, you live or die,
Denial sucumbs, no one believes,
A deaf and mute, unheard goodbye

Angry to the point of bitter,
Satisfaction in the soul-deep scar
Nothing there to see but anguish,
Burning smoke of the cigar

Ignorant blind world, pregnant with naivete,
Blinded by the tumult future near
Not seeing the end is not so far away,
Slowly man reached the final frontier

Hurricanes the size of planets,
Their plan a cruel, savage devise,
And so is seen through windows of the soul,
