Whenever something goes wrong
she is the first to know
because the first chance he gets
he calls her on his phone
whenever he needs someone to talk
she always comes to mind
if he needs someone’s opinion
she there any time day or night
the thing is there’s confusion
are they just friends or more
they talk and flirt for hours
does it mean more to you?
He has himself a girlfriend
and she likes someone to
but yet when ever things get rough
they both pick up the phone
they love spending time together
in groups or on there own
sometimes when there together
they joke and talk about something more
is it all a joke, pretend
what is it all for
is it underlying thoughts
bubbling to the top
or is it just more friendly flirting
constantly non stop
so as she stands here wondering
waiting for the phone to ring
she wonders if this is just pretend
or if it could really be something
