But living with bipolar is a challenge.
Life is not always sunshine and rainbows as I have discovered
it usually ends up with frustration and depression.
Being on medication for almost 9 years saddens me.
It makes me wonder if its just the medication making me happy.
To go off medication means putting my faith in God.
It means struggling to find a way of living.
With bipolar it seems like your never normal.
But difficult almost.
When I was a young girl I saw and experiencd many things in life.
Which may make me wise now.
Who knows…
Since starting on medication I have gained tons of weight, have an uncontrollible urge to eat, and my memory seems so lost.
I reduced my meds and finally felt that i just might get to be happy with out meds
boy was i wrong
im now upping them up again
because i have failed

Sadly, I can relate also. My meds are being reduced slowly down to nothing in 3 months and I'm scared as hell that I'll have to go back on them. Good piece here. :)

Wow, great words very descriptave.

You have portrayed bipolar 2 , so well.

I am also bi-polar and can relate and

empathise. with you. I am reasonably

controled with meds, but they have to be

tweaked every so often,

I also have poor memory and poor

concentration especialy when in the down

stage, when slightly manic i love it because I

can achieve .

many thanks for sharing this great piece of

poetry.
