As I walk in dawn's awakening, along a narrow woodland track
Butterflies of painted rainbows,flutter along the path
As I seek to find my cleansing,in a natural mountain bath
The world could never find me as I move into the ferns
To leave my clothes upon a rock and bathe now with the birds
Sinking down into the coolness,I release into its depths
And awaken to reality from the dream with which I've slept
Through trees there sprays the sunlight,falling warm against my face
I close my eyes and listen to the wonders of this place
Sighing in sweet contentment,lost in this paradise
I am moved and oh so gently soothed,cradled in this natural high [comments] => 3 [counter] => 165 [topic] => 27 [informant] => LovingWhispers [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => NaturePoetry )
