I need no man to set a moral code for me,
For I already hang with the father son and holy spirit,
those three entities some call my family,
were established long before society,
yeah I got my mom dad and sister with me,
I used to go to synagogue but I made a few G's at my Barmitzvah,
and got out of the game,
sure I've said lines like I would never accept Christ inside,
rather walk through hell alone bearing nothing but my pride,
for I am an Israelite, but now I keep an open mind,
I view oraganized religion as just another arm of the state,
so far away from its mystical essence,
due to the fact that everything in God's social contract,
eveything organized falls prey to poltics,
sorry to disapoint but I bet your sect is no different,
yet don't fret live for the moment,
and pray your family is blessed is all I can really say. Religion is a road to God...each of us have to find our own path...what matters is love and good works which is the true basis...those that truly believe in God and follow his path will find him whether it is in a Temple, Mosque, Church or out in nature with his Creations...

I agree with you on the religion thing. Man takes it to their own levels. I believe it starts within your heart. Our journies are our own.
Church can be your back yard, a mountain top. Its where you make it in your heart and soul. ANother incredible write.
