Array ( [sid] => 115460 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => Complete Tradgedy [time] => 2006-02-26 20:42:06 [hometext] => This poem is actually about a relationship of mine that i am struggling with, i can see it crashing right before my eyes. The poem can also apply to many other things in life. I hope that you like it. (PS, your comments will be greatly appreciated) [bodytext] => It's like watching a car crash
Right before your eyes
You see it coming at you
And you sit there wondering why

You can't say anything
You can't even scream
You just sit there waiting for it to happen
Hoping that you don't feel a thing

You close your eyes
Letting the memories play
A slideshow of melodious pictures
Slowly starting to fade away

As the clock slowly starts to wind down
You take ahold of the wheel
Swerving to the right of the road
Listening to your tires squeal

You say one final prayer
And make your last plea
You only hope this will not end
In a complete Tradgedy

I think there were some good elements but it seems a bit ordinary. Never stop writing and good luck.

Hey I really like this poem. Youre right about how it can apply to many other things, I like poems like that. Broad meanings, let the reader take it how they want to. Good job. And Im sry about your relationship. Hope it all works out. :)
