The ecstasy, the sadness it brought to my life.
You'll eternally lie deep in my mind, although
you'll be vanished I'll see you in my eternal dreams.
I'll still reflect on you vividly you will be there eternally
And no one will have to acknowledge.

Even though I'll be walking
Down the isle of commitment
To someone second to me
I'll still wonder why and how
This ever came to be.

I’ll never forget your eyes; they seemed to tell a story
And that solely I knew.
To others they were like Egyptian hieroglyphs.
I long for you to read my eyes, oh the pain.
No one saw. No one felt. No one knew.
I felt as if I had been raped & beaten twice over.
Just three simple words, we couldn’t say.

I still ponder. And wander.
Are you forever gone?
The sparks were there
However, we couldn’t light them.
I guess it was never to be.

This was the first poem I've read here that I was like, yea, I know. I felt your words and fell as if they were my own. A great description of the passion of love, lust, between two people who just couldn't.
