[bodytext] => I watch the sky grow dark and gray, And feel my mind begin to stray. I lay my head down to rest, To feel this deep within my chest. When the rain falls from the sky, These thoughts of her cause a sigh; What emotion does my heart see, When memories of her set me free. My lips are haunted by her kiss, This taste causing my heart’s bliss. What intoxication it does hold, For inner strength to make me bold. Her skins haunts my lonely fingers; Soft velvet feeling that lingers, Crawls beneath my skin, To heal the callousness within. Her eyes haunt my broken heart; A look which to me does impart, That affections burn strong, And to the heaven’s they belong. I lay my head down to rest, And feel this deep within my chest. I’m haunted by what I cannot see, And by what I cannot be. -Joey- [comments] => 2 [counter] => 159 [topic] => 22 [informant] => BlackRoses00 [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 10 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )
