[bodytext] => The blue-green waves splash around my ankles
As I walk down the beach
The roar of the ocean waves calms me
but my mind still is a turbulent mess.
I go for a swim among the fish to calm my spirit
But that doesn't work either.
I try sunbathing with my friends
To calm my crying heart
But that fails too.
Is there anything that will help me?
My heart is crying but I really don't know why.
Is it because you left me?
I keep telling myself it was for the best.
My spirit is restless
And my mind is a mess right now.
My mind is urging me to go somewhere
I'm not sure where to go.
I'll be on the road until
My heart stops crying
And my spirit settles. [comments] => 1 [counter] => 146 [topic] => 32 [informant] => Kaori_Mizuki [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 13 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SadPoetry )

I can so much relate to the feelings you talk about in ur write. The feeling of being lost, confused, alone and u find urself aching on the inside. May u find someone who will give u what ur heart truly desires.
A well penned write filled with deep inner thoughts and emotions. Well done and keep up the great work.
*warm hugs*
