We are all connected by birth
Be you man, woman or child
Plant, animal all things in the wild

The very stones under your feet
Hum a tune of the Creators beat
No more should we act without thought
Look at the trouble we have already wrought

Animals going extinct, rainforest dwindling
Vastly because of some humans swindling
Speak to the earth and listen with your heart
This is a wonderful way to start

For if you look and listen closely
A symphony you will hear and see
Life around you joyously resounds
And if we take care all will rebound

Again the forest and jungles will beam
With life if we just work as a team
Leave the animals room and not encroach
Give them their space please do not approach

Harmony needs to fill the earth with song
We all need to learn how to get along
So we can live as the Creator planned
This world was not created solely for man

This is a wonderful perspective! Positive thinker here- hang in there, the world needs more upbeat postiveness!

Brilliant work. Reminded me of Gone With The Wind, about the Old South, how it was ruined and forever to be viewed only in pictures and books. And yes, He who created, created all, and we must pay our respects by taking care of His home, our Earth, which He has provided for us. I always love all of your poetry, wisdom speaks from your pen. "Only when the last tree has died, and the last river poisoned . The last fish caught, will we realize that we can't eat money."
~Cree proverb.

Man is the only creature that destroys his own habitat. How sad for all of God's creatures.

Rita
