Leaving me in the dust.
Then I feel like I don't belong,
Like a car left to rust.

I don't want to stay,
But no one will let me go.
My life is sped up,
But the days are so slow.

My heart is breaking,
You won't see me tomorrow.
My head is aching,
You'll be filled with sorrow.

The light is gone,
The darkness approaches.
My mind is spinning,
As the darkness encroaches.

Why can't I win?
I'm losing so bad.
I'm away with my sin,
But please don't be sad. [comments] => 2 [counter] => 155 [topic] => 32 [informant] => Kunoichi [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 6 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 0 [associated] => [topicname] => SadPoetry )

This is good-
It explains a lot of my 45 years gone by-
Try this to cure your block--
Write with your heart and not your head-
Thoughts often get jumbled and change but feelings always remain -
What I mean is that if you love someone that fact will never die-only the way you think about that person will change...
