homes on fire terror in there eyes jets bombing in the midnight skies
fathers out fighting along with his sons still in school they are way to young

but in there short life they new no other way pick up a gun make them all pay
there school was destroyed months ago with no hope of rebuild
a loss of hope's and dreams never to be filled

another block a car goes boom lighting the night in its glorious tomb
raining hard metal killing with out shame this is the way they weed out the lame
because of religion or a diffrent belief the killing there way blood on the streets

fire and death a glimpse of there world thats all they know that how the flag furls
fight for country that was always there right they fought so long always in strife
forgetting the enemy all are the same wanting oil for blood the have no shame

lets let all live in peace live as you can stop stealing from other people land
give the people there rights not force by a gun let them live with out being hung
lets hope that one day we all will grow up and understand the power does suck [comments] => 2 [counter] => 179 [topic] => 41 [informant] => lostrelic [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 5 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => political )
