a choatic mash of supple views covering the line
we sit and talk but nothing gets done this we do so well
we are under a facist rule locked under there spell
we hang our heads with words of dread we shuffle as we walk
we forget the views of the elderly and forget how to talk
we follow rules that dont seem right but we chew each day
this is how we were taught always to obey
they gather us in groups and flocks to harvest out the weak
then take the cash for there own needs and by them something sleek
we pay there way and this they say they owe us a greatness of debt
but with our money they spend away with out loss or fret
but they are the man and they make the plan we listen what they say
one day soon we will wake from the lies and start doing it our own way

Hey man...I'm clapping for this one. We need a revolution in this country. Like the good ole' boys did. George Washington. Good ole' George, I think he'd be ***** at the way our government behaves now. Great, great write. Peace to you, Laura
