Or hold me tight in your arms
I'm sorry you never got to share things with me
And have the bond you hoped would be

I'm sorry you never got to sing me to sleep
And kisss my hair goodnight
I'm sorry you never had the chance
To hold my body in a slow dance

I'm sorry for forgetting to call you
When I was alone with nothing to do
I'm sorry for ignoring you sometimes
It's so hard to imagine you are mine

I'm sorry for not showing that I love you
When you care about me like you do
I'm sorry for not trusting you with my heart
And never having to imagine you tearing it apart

So I'm sorry for being scared
I never thought you would have cared
And I'm sorry for not knowing what to do

I am sorry you never got to know
My body's rhythm as we danced so slow

Bit of a cheek but i have 'writers block' tonie on something I am trying to write so ..
