Impossible standards, expectations
Life in the mainstream

We all fell short
But we should all be proud
We broke the mold that holds us
Screamed out loud in one voice

this was not one the best that i have read but very interesting. if i were you i would take the first part and keep going with that. i really liked that but the second was sort of, well, blah... i think i know where you were going with the second part but i really think you should take on more with the first part. but thank you for sharing.

i agree with europeanprincess it isn't the best but it ranks up there. i am disappointed and shocked at how far this life has fallin from what it was. the world doesn't belong to actors and world powers, it belongs to everyone. your poem holds alot of truth. great job.
