why I shave my bed
with you
but I feel safe
with you
I cant tell you
why I go searching
everynight for what
I have got at home
with you
I try to fix me
I try to fix this
nothing I do
comes out right

So I guess
Im a vampire
drinking in their innocence
till they're gone
cause I can never
keep my own
even though
I disdain the taste
of my failure

Trapped in my room
until night comes
I leave my bed
which pains me
cause you stay there
I go out feeding
but when I reeturn
by day break
you're still there

i cant tell you
what you mean to me
I cant tell you
why I keep
my foot on the gas
speeking toward
a mangled wreck
since Im already dead
this is why
I'm the guy
your mom

Its so easy to write the words you want to say, but to show them is another thing. Feelings are more then words, more then a poem, more then physical expressions of pain, feelings tear you up and bring you down. Feelings can also bring you up......if you allow them to, its all your choice.

Nice job -
Vampire of the flesh, Vampire of the soul,
Just enough to fill your heart
But it leaks out through the hole
